What Is the Freight Booking Process?

Once you’re onboarded with Freight Girlz, your dedicated dispatcher begins sourcing freight based on your preferences. We never book a load without your approval. You’ll receive top-paying options that align with your truck type, available hours, preferred lanes, and delivery goals.

Tip: Let us know your minimum rate-per-mile so we can filter out anything that doesn’t meet your standards!

Where Do We Find Loads?

We work with trusted brokers, shippers, private load boards, and exclusive freight sources. We don’t rely on just one load board — we use them all.

Can I Use Freight Girlz Short-Term?

Yes! Whether you’re in between dispatchers, just got authority, or testing the waters — we work with carriers on a flexible, no-contract basis.

How Is Payment Handled?

You’re paid directly by the broker, shipper, or factoring company. Our dispatch fee (usually 6–10%) is billed weekly — no hidden charges, no surprises.

Do I Get to Approve Loads?

Always. You’ll receive all load info in advance. If you don’t like it, we keep hunting — no pressure, no penalties.

Do You Handle the Paperwork?

Yes. We handle rate confirmations, broker setups, BOLs, PODs, and invoices. You just roll. Everything is stored securely inside our cloud-based Turbo Dispatcher TMS.

How Do You Handle Detention or Cancellations?

We fight for every dollar. If your time is wasted — we request TONU or detention pay and only charge 10% if collected.

What About Trailer Interchange?

Most brokers require trailer interchange coverage (around $50K) when booking “power only” freight. We’ll let you know if it’s needed on a load.
