What services does Freight Girlz offer?

We provide Truck Dispatching, Fleet Management, Custom Dispatch Software (Turbo Dispatcher TMS), and support for investors/operators. We tailor each plan to your goals and lanes.

Which equipment types do you dispatch?

We dispatch Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, Step Deck, Conestoga, RGN, Power Only, and eligible Hot Shot units. We do not service Box Trucks or Sprinter Vans.

Do you dispatch box trucks or sprinter vans?

No. We currently do not service Box Trucks or Sprinter Vans.

What are the requirements for Hot Shot carriers?

Hot Shot eligibility requires a Class A CDL, trailer length of at least 40 feet (or 35' + 5'), and the ability to haul 17,000 pounds or more.

What documents do I need for carrier onboarding?

Standard documents include MC and DOT numbers, W-9, Certificate of Insurance, Notice of Assignment (if factoring), and basic driver and equipment details. We’ll confirm exact items during onboarding.

Where are you located and what are your hours?

Our admin office is in Boise, Idaho (Mountain Time). Business hours are Monday–Friday. Keep an eye out for calls from area code 208.

Is your dispatch team U.S.-based?

Yes. Freight Girlz is 100% U.S.-based. Our dispatchers speak English as their first language to ensure clear, efficient communication.

Do you force dispatch?

No. We never force dispatch. You approve loads and lanes that align with your goals.

How do you protect against double brokering?

We use our AI-powered Turbo Dispatcher TMS and strict verification workflows to vet loads and brokers to help prevent double brokering.

How is pricing structured?

Pricing depends on your service mix (dispatching, fleet management, software) and operation size. Contact our team for a customized quote. Discounts may be available for U.S. veterans and law enforcement.
