Important Notice Before Continuing

Hot Shot Dispatch Requirements

Before completing the Freight Girlz Carrier Agreement, please verify that your equipment meets our minimum requirements. This helps prevent delays and saves you from completing an agreement for equipment we cannot dispatch.

We Dispatch Hot Shot Carriers With:

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Commercial 1-ton dually such as a Ram 3500, Ford F-350, Chevrolet 3500HD, or GMC 3500HD
  • 40' gooseneck trailer or qualifying 35' + 5' dovetail
  • Active USDOT and MC authority
  • Commercial insurance
  • ELD and required carrier documents when applicable

We Do Not Dispatch:

  • Non-CDL or Class B-only hot shot operations
  • Sprinter vans, cargo vans, or box trucks
  • Single-rear-wheel pickups
  • Small utility or bumper-pull trailers
  • Hot shot trailers below our minimum commercial size
  • Carriers without active authority or commercial insurance
Please do not continue with the Carrier Agreement unless your setup meets these requirements.

Safety & Compliance Acknowledgment

FMCSA Safety & Non-Domiciled Driver Compliance

Freight Girlz supports the mission of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration to improve safety, lawful operation, and integrity across U.S. trucking.

As part of carrier onboarding, the Freight Girlz dispatch agreement includes a Non-Domiciled Driver Compliance & Hold Harmless acknowledgment. By signing, the carrier confirms that the motor carrier and every driver operating under its authority are lawfully authorized and eligible to drive commercially in the United States.

The carrier remains responsible for all FMCSA and DOT compliance obligations.
Every driver operating under the carrier’s MC must be legally eligible for commercial operation.
The carrier must keep licensing, authority, insurance, and driver records current.
Important: Freight Girlz is not a law firm and does not provide legal, immigration, licensing, or regulatory advice. Carriers remain independently responsible for FMCSA, DOT, employment-eligibility, immigration, and operating-authority compliance.
Final Onboarding Step

What Happens After You Finish?

Once your onboarding is complete, Freight Girlz reviews your documents, verifies your carrier profile, and prepares your account for dispatch.

Complete all required onboarding items before expecting dispatch activation. Freight Girlz reviews submitted information before assigning a dispatcher or releasing freight opportunities.
