🔁 How It Works

Submit the referral. Send the carrier’s company + rep contact + equipment.
We qualify and get them running. We vet fit, onboard, and dispatch aligned loads.
You get paid $100. After their first five (5) loads are dispatched and delivered, we pay you.

📜 Payout Terms

  • $100 per referral that qualifies and runs with Freight Girlz.
  • Paid after five (5) loads are dispatched and delivered.
  • We pay by Zelle or Venmo (confirmed via email).
  • One reward per new carrier MC. No self-referrals.
  • If duplicates occur, the first referrer on record is eligible.
  • We may request a W-9 if rewards total $600+ in a calendar year.

✅ Who Qualifies (and what we don’t dispatch)

Eligible referrals

  • Active carrier authority + current insurance
  • Responsive, professional communication
  • Ready to run consistently (not “maybe next month”)
  • Supported equipment types (see list below)

Not eligible

  • Box Trucks / Sprinter Vans
  • Self-referrals (your own MC)
  • Duplicate referrals (only first referrer qualifies)
  • Unsupported equipment or non-compliant setups

📊 Track Your Referrals (Sales Agent TMS)

After you refer at least two (2) carriers, we can grant access to our Sales Agent TMS module to track referral status and commission eligibility.

🔥 Hot Shot Requirements

For Hot Shot referrals, carriers must meet the requirements below:

  • Required: 35’+5’ or 40’ trailer (mega ramps preferred)
  • Ability to scale 17,000 lbs+ of cargo
  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Current MC authority and insurance

We do not dispatch Box Trucks or Sprinter Vans.
